What you are buying
A single lifetime licence to use the Threepio software. One payment, no subscription, no renewal, and every future update included for as long as Threepio exists.
Only 100 licences will ever be sold. Once the hundredth sells, no more are issued.
What the licence allows
The licence is personal and is issued to you. You may install and run Threepio on your own machine and connect it to your own broker accounts.
You may not resell, sublicence, rent, share or redistribute the software or your licence key, and you may not sell access to it as a service to other people.
What it does not promise
Threepio is software, not a financial service, and it is not advice. Nothing sold here is a promise, guarantee or projection of profit.
Trading carries risk of loss, including the loss of your capital. Historical and simulated results do not guarantee future performance. You operate the software on your own account, at your own risk, and you are responsible for every trade placed from it.
The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for trading losses, missed trades, broker or data outages, or any other loss arising from its use.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Whop, and Whop's own refund process and buyer protections apply to your order. If something has gone wrong, contact me first — it is usually faster.
Support
Support is provided directly by me for the lifetime of the licence, by email.
Ending a licence
A licence may be withdrawn without refund if it is resold, shared or redistributed in breach of these terms. Otherwise it is yours to keep.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes do not apply retroactively to a licence already bought.
